Warwick Fire House
Construct a new two-story firehouse.

Waywayanda State Park
Constructed a new 2,400 sq. ft. bathhouse blending it into the existing beach location at the park.
West Milford Museum
West Milford, NJ
Historical Classification: Renovated an existing circa 1800 structure and constructed a new addition storage wing.
Bear Mountain Inn
Bear Mountain, NY
Historical Classification: Installation of a new primary electrical service.
All site-work excavation, rock excavation, concrete vaultys, paving, concrete walls and pads, electric piping and service.
Borough of Hasbrouck Heights
Hasbrouck Heights, NJ
Construct new fire house with three equipment bays, large social room, commercial kitchen and an antique fire truck area. Disassembly of an existing Pre-Engineered building and the re-installation of the building at another town-owned site.
Borough of Riverdale
Constructed a new water pump house as a sub-contractor for Metcon Construction.
Excavation, sit-work, concrete foundation, walls, block work, and all mechanicals.
Foundation Office at Waterloo Village
Historical Classification: Removal and replacement of the existing roofing components.
Demolition, carpentry, new roofing and gutters, all integrated to fit this historic structure.
Electrical Service Upgrade at High Point Monument
Historical Classification: Installed 1,000 of electrical piping along a mountainous ridge at High Point State Park.
Excavation, rock excavation, concrete vaults, electric piping, electric service, stone patching work and paving.
Electric Service Monument Elevator
Historical Classification: Designed and constructed an interior elevator/lift to be used in the renovation of the existing interior of the monument.
Fabrication and installation of a custom elevator including all electrical components.
High Point Interpretive Center
Historical Classification: Renovation of the existing Interpretive Center.
Demolition, concrete flooring and walls, stone re-pointing and replacement, interior framing, drywall, doors and hardware, roofing, painting and finishes, flooring, ceramic tile, and all mechanicals.
High Point Interpretive Center
Installation of a new water outlet structure in Lake Marcia, as well as, the installation of a new septic system with a 7,000-gallon per day capacity.
All site work, setting an outlet structure in the lake, installation of septic and dosing tanks, installation of the large septic fields, fine grading and seeding.
Interior renovation of a library including handicapped-accessible modifications.
Interior framing, doors and hardware, concrete walks, stairs, painting and finishes, electric and paving.
Launtenberg Visitor Center
Constructed a new 8,000 sq. ft. Visitor Center, which was designed to blend into the natural environment of Sterling Forest.
All site work, concrete foundation and walls, “post and beam” structural timber framing, wood framing, doors and hardware, installation of a copper roof and decar signing, floorings, painting and finishes, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings and plumbing.

West Orange, NJ
Installation of a new truss roof system over an existing flat roof.
Framing, rooting, concrete, block work, and all mechanicals.
River Vale, NJ
Historical Classification: Installation and integration of a new boiler room and hearing plant into this historical structure.
Demolition, framing, drywall, plumbing and heating.
Town of Warwick
Rebuilt existing salt shed, which included structural damage repairs.
All site-work, repair of concrete structural support footings, and structural repairs.
Weaving Bran at Waterloo Village
Historical Classification: Removed and replaced the cedar roof of the historic weaving barn building.
Demolition of the existing roof and installation of a new hand split cedar roof.
